“Her extensive experience supporting students, families, and educators, combined with her collaborative leadership style and deep understanding of student services, makes her an outstanding addition to our leadership team. Lorry is committed to ensuring every student has access to the support and opportunities they need to thrive.”
Dr. Wilson began her career as a teacher in the Clinton Community School District before serving as an Early Childhood Special Education Teacher in Bettendorf from 2003 to 2009. Her return to Bettendorf represents both a professional milestone and a homecoming.
“I am honored to join the Bettendorf Community School District in this leadership role,” Dr. Wilson said.
“Bettendorf has a longstanding reputation for excellence and a commitment to meeting the needs of all learners. I look forward to partnering with students, families, staff, and the community to continue building systems that support every student’s success.”
